Submission Guidelines for Authors

Thailand Society of Animal Reproduction Conference Abstract Submission

1. Important Dates

Abstract Submission Deadline: September 30, 2026

Notification of Decision: October 15, 2026

Submission Email: tsarsymposium2026@gmail.com

Authors may submit their work for either Poster Presentation or Oral Presentation. Both presentation categories must be submitted as an extended abstract using the official TSAR Extended Abstract template. Authors should read these guidelines carefully before submission.

📝 2. Extended Abstract Preparation Requirements

Official Abstract Format Templates: Extended Abstract Template Instructions for Authors
Note: The first author should normally be the presenting author. If the presenter is different, clearly indicate this in the submission email. The Scientific Committee may recommend changing the presentation category depending on scientific content, program availability, and review outcome.
  • All submissions must be written in English and prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
  • Use the official TSAR Extended Abstract template for both Poster and Oral Presentation submissions.
  • Use sentence case for the title: capitalize only the first word and proper nouns or terms that conventionally require capitalization.
  • List authors as Firstname Lastname. Use superscript numbers to link authors to affiliations. Indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk (*) and provide the email address.
  • Provide 4-6 keywords relevant to the work. Use lowercase except for proper nouns or conventional scientific terms.
  • Follow the required structure: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Corresponding author, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Acknowledgements, and References.
  • Use Times New Roman, 10 pt for main text and 14 pt for the title, as shown in the template.
  • Report statistical probability in the format P < 0.05.
  • Studies involving animals or humans must state the name of the ethics approval authority and the approval code, where applicable.
  • Disclose the use of generative AI when it was used to generate text, data, graphics, or to assist in study design, data collection, analysis, or interpretation. Routine grammar, spelling, punctuation, or formatting assistance does not need to be declared.
  • Number references in the order they appear in the text and cite them using parentheses; for example, (1), (2, 3), or (4-6). Place tables and figures close to where they are first cited and refer to them as Table 1 and Fig. 1.
  • The abstract must be original, scientifically accurate, and supported by the data presented.

🚀 3. Submission Procedure

  • Prepare the extended abstract using the official TSAR Extended Abstract template.
  • Name the file beginning with the last name of the corresponding author. If submitting more than one abstract, add a short unique keyword after the last name; for example, Smith_buffalo.docx or Smith_surgery.docx.
  • Submit the Word file as an email attachment to tsarsymposium2026@gmail.com.
  • Begin the email subject line with the corresponding author’s last name and indicate the preferred presentation category; for example, Smith - Poster Presentation or Smith - Oral Presentation.
  • In the email body, state the preferred presentation category and confirm the presenting author.

🔍 4. Review and Decision

  • All submissions will be reviewed by the TSAR Scientific Committee.
  • The Committee will evaluate scientific merit, clarity, relevance to veterinary and animal reproductive sciences, ethical compliance, and adherence to the required format.
  • Authors will receive the Committee decision by October 15, 2026.
  • The Committee reserves the right to request revision, reject submissions that do not follow the guidelines, or reassign the presentation category.
